Even though I apparently already have it installed.Īttempting to install the IE11 update through Windows Update always fails with error code 9C48. However IE11 is not in the list of installed updates, and Windows Update is constantly nagging me to install it.
If I go into Windows Features, IE11 is there, however clearing the check box doesn't remove IE, and it continues to function normally. It has Internet Explorer 11 running, in the sense that IE loads and functions perfectly normally, and reports as being version 11.
